About Our Client

An award winning investment manager based in the City of London, looking to grow its client services team to keep up with their growing demand.

Job Description

  • Enquiry Management - handling inbound calls and emails from our clients and delivering industry leading client service quality to our stakeholders. Working alongside your colleagues and the wider business on the team to source answers.
  • Client Communications - ensuring the highest degree of care and accuracy when producing, checking and distributing regular client communications.
  • Change Management - using initiative to interrogate how we do things and acting as a key contributor to process improvement on the team with a focus on improving our client experience.
  • Project work - Being involved in a variety of exciting projects alongside your daily duties including the firm's current IT project.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a background as a client services associate or a similar role in financial services. They will have a can-do attitude, supportive approach to teamwork and an ability to resolve client/financial intermediary enquiries to the highest standard.
