Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform front desk customer service support
- Good confidence in handling telephone calls and email queries
- Transfer phone calls, take and distribute accurate messages to the right person
- Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, alert appropriate party of visitor’s arrival, direct visitors to proper waiting area
- Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail, scanning documents, receiving and sending courier packages
- Clerical / Office administrative (including replenishment on office- Stationery/Envelope printing & pantry supplies) or equivalent.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication with team members
- Other general administrative and other ad-hoc duties
Requirement
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be neat, presentable.
- Able to work under stress, tight schedule and handle multi tasks.
- Good team player, efficient and capable to work independently.
- Competent on Microsoft Office application.
