Front Desk and Admin Assistant [Singapore]


 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform front desk customer service support
  • Good confidence in handling telephone calls and email queries
  • Transfer phone calls, take and distribute accurate messages to the right person
  • Greet visitors and determine the nature of their visit, alert appropriate party of visitor’s arrival, direct visitors to proper waiting area
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative activities such as booking meeting rooms, organizing and distributing mail, scanning documents, receiving and sending courier packages
  • Clerical / Office administrative (including replenishment on office- Stationery/Envelope printing & pantry supplies) or equivalent.
  • Ensure smooth coordination and communication with team members
  • Other general administrative and other ad-hoc duties


Requirement

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be neat, presentable.
  • Able to work under stress, tight schedule and handle multi tasks.
  • Good team player, efficient and capable to work independently.
  • Competent on Microsoft Office application.
  • All ages are welcome.
