RESPONSIBILITIES (E.g. Job Scope) :
1. RECRUITMENT AND WORKPASS MATTERS
- Ensuring that the company’s hiring process and documentation are compliant with the Fair Consideration Framework and all other requirements / guidelines / advisories by the Singapore government / Ministry of Manpower.

- Responsible for whole recruitment processes
2. HANDLE STAFF ENQUIRIES AND DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS
- Ensuring that HR policies and procedures are communicated to staff and responding to internal enquiries relating to the same
- Assisting in the administration of the company’s grievance reporting, investigation and disciplinary process
3. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Responsible for staff and workers training and development program including processing course registration and training grants application
4.PAYROLL
- Check the timesheet and calculate OT and Allowance
- Handle workers payroll and submit complete payroll report to Manager (HR and Admin)
5. COMMUNICATION WITH JAPAN HQ AND OTHER EXPATRIATES’ ADMINISTRATION MATTERS
- Liaise with Japan ICT relating to IT matters
- Handling Japanese expatriates housing and medical benefits matters
6. REPORT PREPARATIONS
- Provide monthly Report and monitor Spass Quota
- Monitor R1 workers and CTE training hours to report
- Monthly Reporting to Japan HQ about local staff and PC inventory information

REQUIREMENT (E.g. Qualifications, Certifications, Experience) :
- Educational Level and the field of study: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or similar discipline
- Type of experience required: Minimum 5 years’ hands on HR practitioner’s experience and a few years of supervisory experince. Required to liaise with Japan HQ Admin and ICT department. Able to speak and basic writing of Japanese language is essential. Preferably, a few years working experience in construction industry.
