Site Admin Officer [Malaysia]


 

What you are expected to do:

  • Responsible for finance and accounting work, utilising Sage 300 software and handling petty cash and payment allocation.
  • Oversee HR concerns of site staff such as attendance, leave and more.
  • Assist with matters related to local authorities and governmental agencies.
  • Record and monitor security guard attendance, providing a summary to the Quantity Surveyor.
  • Manage general administrative work and prepare monthly progress reports.
  • Register and update subcontractors' worker lists, as well as register and file ISO documentation.
  • Monitor staff quarters and make arrangements for site meetings.
  • Process delivery orders, invoices, WWS and BCS for submission to the Accounts department, photocopying documents as necessary.

How to be successful for the role:

  • Part Qualification in Accounting course, or LCCI Diploma in Accounting, or SPM – Grade B in Mathematics and English
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in construction site administration
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
