What you are expected to do:
- Responsible for finance and accounting work, utilising Sage 300 software and handling petty cash and payment allocation.
- Oversee HR concerns of site staff such as attendance, leave and more.
- Assist with matters related to local authorities and governmental agencies.
- Record and monitor security guard attendance, providing a summary to the Quantity Surveyor.
- Manage general administrative work and prepare monthly progress reports.
- Register and update subcontractors' worker lists, as well as register and file ISO documentation.
- Monitor staff quarters and make arrangements for site meetings.
- Process delivery orders, invoices, WWS and BCS for submission to the Accounts department, photocopying documents as necessary.
How to be successful for the role:
- Part Qualification in Accounting course, or LCCI Diploma in Accounting, or SPM – Grade B in Mathematics and English
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in construction site administration
- Knowledge of site safety procedures
- Knowledge of basic accounting
