Job Description


  • Contract Manufacturing Management:
    • Oversee and optimize relationships with contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance collaboration and efficiency with contract manufacturing partners.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts, including terms, pricing, and performance metrics.



  • Strategic Sourcing in Electronic Components:
    • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for electronic components, identifying and qualifying suppliers.
    • Stay abreast of technological advancements and market trends in electronic manufacturing to inform sourcing strategies.
    • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to align procurement with product development goals.



  • Process Optimization in Electronic Procurement:
    • Streamline procurement processes related to electronic components and contract manufacturing to improve efficiency.
    • Implement advanced technologies and data analytics for better decision-making and inventory management.
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.



  • Cost Management and Negotiation:
    • Lead negotiations with suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
    • Implement cost management strategies to achieve optimal balance between quality and cost-effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular cost analysis and recommend opportunities for cost savings.



  • Supplier Risk Mitigation:
    • Identify and assess potential risks in the electronic manufacturing supply chain.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address technical and quality risks.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 10 years of proven experience in procurement within the electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Strong background in contract manufacturing management.
  • Great oral English ability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
