Human Resource

-Maintaining current HR files and databases

-Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

-Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

-Responsible in implementing Human Resource procedures, policies and systems.

-Assist in wide spectrum of human resource management which includes recruitment and selection, employee welfare and benefit, training and development and etc.

-Preparing monthly payroll includes payroll summary, pay slip, monthly statutory contribution and deduction, to ensure all complied with Malaysia Labour Law.

Administration

-Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers

-Arranging both internal and external events

-General office management such as ordering stationary

-Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
