About the Role:
Meet business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze and define customer’s requirements about business processes
Analysis of functional specifications and mapping to processes of ERP software solutions
Implement software according to business requirements
Provide feedback on developing new functionalities and improving existing, according to customers’ needs
Provide training to achieve user smooth introduction to the new functionalities and software environment
Work closely with project team to prioritize customers’ needs and proactively identify and resolve problems
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering or in a related field
Professional experience in Accounting, Consulting, Information Technology positions
Knowledge of ERP/CRM/WMS Software will be considered an asset
Experience with SQL would be a plus
Familiarity with Excel
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
