Role summary
This role entails a sales-oriented role within ATS Türkiye. We are seeking a candidate who will assume responsibility for sales, orchestration, planning, and coordination of the Digitalization and MES/MOM portfolio, including products, solutions, and services. The ideal candidate should possess a background in sales of Digitalization and/or MES/MOM products and services and demonstrates a willingness to engage with customers and develop projects that enhance customer value.
YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?
- Conducting customer site visits and providing account management services.
Managing the vendor and Tier 2 partner ecosystem.
Taking charge of pipeline building and sales cycle management.
Overseeing the management of competitive bids.
Taking a leadership role and/or contributing to market research initiatives.
Planning and providing support for marketing activities.
Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting for the dedicated portfolio.
YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications
Successful candidate will also demonstrate the following skills:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in selling solutions, services, and/or projects.
Possess strong business acumen in complex solution selling and bid management environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Turkish, along with strong organizational abilities.
Proficient in forecasting techniques.
Willingness to travel and be present at customer sites 50% to 80% of the time.
