The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to achieve results and to be an influential member of the global leadership team. Our candidate will report directly to the COO, helping to shape Neat’s vision for years to come. The role, Director of Global Partner Programs, will be responsible for the development, evolution, and success of our partner programs. Responsibilities include the overall performance, innovation, and operations for the partner programs in alignment with Neat’s go to market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, evolve and implementing Partner Go-To-Market Programs and Solutions for Resellers, MSPs, System Integrators, Professional Services partners, Distributors and Technology Alliance partners.
- Optimize pricing for both partners & distribution.
- Develop a Partner Branded Services: Build Neat accreditation and certification program for Sales and Pre-Sales audiences globally to support partner program requirements; Develop Pricing for Partner Branded services.
- Driving internal processes and methodologies to evaluate and model the potential business and Partner impact of global program changes.
- Develop partner economics model to show YOY growth and necessary changes, while continuous data analysis and KPI measurements of partner performance globally, and field/partner feedback to propose recommendations on the Channel Initiatives, which align with company strategy and promote best partner experiences.
- Identify opportunities, issues and conclude feedback from field teams and stakeholders, to improve partner experiences.
- Collaborate with the Channel, Marketing, & Sales Leadership Teams to support the overall growth of our channel program via development of partner facing collateral to drive sales
Skills, Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related technical field
- 10+ years + proven industry experience with a track record of managing Partner Programs Deep understanding of the channel eco-system with a focus on simplicity, ease of doing business and innovation
- Subscription go to market methodology
- Strong Project Management experience and Business Judgment
- Demonstrated success presenting into C-Levels
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and a team player, with ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
- Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
