1) Overall in charge of all Fleet (Tow Drivers and Lorry Drivers)
2) Provide managerial role for team
3) Monitoring and recording of staff fleet performance, attendance, discipline and management
4) Responsible for running daily operations and managing a team
5) Maintain good working relationships with customers
6) Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and require coordination with other departments
7) Ensure daily, weekly and monthly KPIs are met and not limited to any task assigned by management
8) Plan execute daily planning based on Standard Operations Procedures
