Customer support Dutch speaking [Belgium]


 

We are recruiting a technical customer support agent for an international company for their office in Lisbon

The role is based in Portugal

Your missions:

  • Handle customer support queries through various channels in a timely manner
  • Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone.
  • Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment
  • Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues

Your profile:

  • Native/fluent in Dutch, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients over the phone
  • Excellent communications skills (both oral and written)
  • Willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills and an analytical mind-set.
