The Role:


Oxfam in Indonesia is looking for Project MEAL Coordinator who will be responsible for the on-going development, coordination, and implementation of the Project MEAL framework, in its contribution to the overall country MEAL Framework. He/she is likely to be involved in two or more specifics projects that have similarity in theme and/or program management

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience designing and implementing monitoring, evaluation and learning frameworks and systems.
  • Demonstrated high level analytical skills.
  • Experience using Ms Office and software applications, especially Ms Excel, Ms Access, and statistics software such as SPSS, STATA.
  • Strong and high quality interpersonal, representation, negotiation and communication skills and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation developing effective working relationships to deliver outstanding results.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesia and English.

Desirable

  • In depth understanding of community, regional and global development issues and their inter-relationships is desirable.
  • Experience in facilitation of workshop, and mentoring support for capacity building of partners.
