To enrich our Research and Development department of the Marquardt Group located in Sibiu we are looking for you as

PCB Layout Design Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Mechatronics or similar;
• Good understanding of the concepts of EMC, ESD, DFM;
• Previous experience with PCB design, BGA and ARRAY;
• Previous worked on layouts with stack-ups from 2 - 8 layouts and be comfortable doing 2-layer layouts;
• Ability to collaborate with other departments;
• Ability to collaborate with an international team;
• Knowledge of English and/or German.

Responsibilities

• Layout Design based on the schematics and mechanical dimensions, in close collaboration with the Electronic Developers and the Mechanical Design Engineers;
• Create Part Lists and Documentation for the Electronics Manufacturing;
• Collaborate with international development teams;
• Customer Requirements Analysis and specifying HW Requirements;
• PCB Layout Design for µC Applications, RF Applications, Power Applications (e.g. vehicle keys, battery management systems for electric vehicles, etc.) according to quality standards and manufacturing guidelines;
• Proactively monitor and report your progress against estimates and expectations;
• Assist in the definition, improving and implementation of the PCB Development Process;
• Train, coach & mentor other members of the Team, providing guidance and advice.
