As our Paralegal you will support our Legal Team with organizational and administrative task, for example:
- Actively shape the digitalization and optimization of our contract and process landscape
- Maintain and evolve the portfolio of the Group’s standard contracts
- Maintain and evolve the contract lifecycle management tool as well as support the operative businesses with their legal administrative task in contract lifecycle management
- Administrate ELCA’s intellectual property rights portfolio in cooperation with external service providers
- Groupwide corporate housekeeping in collaboration with the Corporate Secretary including coordinating the evolution of group entities and updating data in the relevant commercial registers, support their corporate actions by planning and organizing shareholders’ and board meetings, and maintaining structure charts and entity lists
- Support the legal professionals in their day-to-day work

- Completed basic commercial education (KV), ideally at a law firm or notary's office, or basic legal education (BSc in Business Law), preferably with further training as a paralegal
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a comparable position at a law firm, an inhouse legal department or a similar position
- Joy in information technology, information systems and processes
- Interested in a broad range of legal topics and proactively working independently with team members and external services providers in Switzerland and abroad
- Demonstrated experience with contract lifecycle management and respective IT tools are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (French a plus)
