Office Assistant [United States]

We are presently seeking to add an office person who can assist with the every day requirements of running a small business. The candidate should be flexible, willing to take on responsibilities to include:

  • Scheduling
  • Ordering
  • Organizing and maintaining the showroom
  • Filing
  • Working with sales staff
  • Interacting with clients
  • Solid knowledge and competence on Microsoft Office
  • Ability to learn 2020 Design Software
  • Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
