What Will You Be Doing
The HRBP will be accountable for implementing the People Agenda on the ground and customizing the framework according to the country's needs, delivering HR support to the business and ensuring HR delivery is aligned with business goals in their area of assigned business. You will collaborate with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture by implementing team and organization design solutions and providing measurable performance indicators and improvement plans.
You bring HR insight (including Employee and Industrial Relations) to bear on all people-related issues (people, capabilities, organisation, leadership and culture), facilitate HR service delivery to the business and support the business and teams in business delivery. At the same time, you always ensure daily front-line support to the local team with the purpose to provide the best employee experience possible (onboarding, training, well-being).

Your Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of the HR contact in the area of assigned business for a seamless employee experience journey.
- Responsible for the activation of the People Agenda in the area of assigned business in the country but not limited to, local Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Employment Law/Legal Compliance, Performance Management, well-being and advising in HR processes.
- Maintains effective employee relations through regular connection with employees in their functional organization, including field locations where applicable.
- Provides input into the Talent strategy through developing insight and analysis of people-related business issues and opportunities which may involve activating global solutions (Talent Management tools/processes and diversity metrics).
- Implements and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business.
- Tracks delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational issue analysis.
- Collects Human Resources/Organisation Effectiveness metrics and measurements for the business across the entire HR lifecycle.
- Monitors and addresses legal compliance issues ensuring that the organisation complies with local and national laws (e.g., recruitment, diversity, data protection, employee contracts).
- Interacts with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activity in the spirit of One Unilever.
- Works with HR colleagues from Expertise Teams to deliver HR interventions within the business.

What’s in You
- Bachelor Degree.
- You have relevant experience in HR/Employee Relations systems and processes and working in cross-cultural and matrix organisations.
- You possess a good knowledge of key HR processes, roles and responsibilities across the entire HR lifecycle.
- You are action-oriented to initiate appropriate resources and tools to ensure the delivery on time of HR processes.
- You embrace the continuous improvement and simplification mindset and experience. Ideally has had experience in HR service centre environment and/or expertise teams as well as hands-on HR management experience in the business.
