The Role
Supporting the HR , Talent Management and Training teams you will be responsible for best in class administration. You will be using state of the art systems that will enable efficient internal customer experience for all of the employees and candidates that our team serves.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data management and data transfer
- Data Entry
- Data Audit
- Electronic File management
- Stakeholder interaction
- Policy and Procedure management
- Records Management
Skills and Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years in a similar admin role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced office environment.
- Experience of working in a GDPR focused environment
