Job Title: Butler for Kampoeng Saya Villa
Job Description: Kampoeng Saya Villa is seeking a highly professional and dedicated individual to join our team as a Butler. As a Butler, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional personalized service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to guests, including greeting, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and addressing any inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
- Coordinate and execute various tasks, such as arranging transportation, making reservations for dining and activities, and organizing special events or celebrations.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and presented immaculately at all times.
- Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and services to enhance guests' experiences.
- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth operation and create a harmonious working environment.
- Adhere to the villa's policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting guests' privacy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with guests and provide exceptional service.
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of service.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Salary: From Rp2,800,000 per month
