We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Intelligent IT Operations team in Warsaw. In this role, you will lead building next generation IT Data & Analytics products for enterprise users spanning organizations and roles. You will work with passionate people who seek to enable analytical insights and build data science models to inform IT Operations strategy and automate decisions.
Job Responsibilities
Leading and coaching Agile/Hybrid teams to deliver Intelligent Operations IT Data & Analytics products that create business value
Responsibility for Agile practices adoption to accelerate and optimize product development process
Planning and estimating the product work, communicating status inside and outside the team, delivering to agreed specifications
Leading and facilitating Agile ceremonies
Creating metrics and visualizations to track product development status
Supporting the product team to reach the development goals solving issues and challenges
Supporting the product manager in taking care of the product backlog
Qualifications
Experience leading Agile/Scrum Projects, with strong skills to bring structure to the transformation projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs and/or projects, ideally in the areas of IT Operations and Data Management.
Fluent English and clear and persuasive collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative problem-solving skills. Proactive and disciplined with a growth mindset.
Strong collaboration across multifunctional team. History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Experience leading across highly matrixed organizations, often with contending priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Business, or other related fields.
