For our office in Frankfurt, we are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Channel Sales Manager who will serve as the strategic resource in attracting and retaining the channel partner ecosystem within the DACH region. The role requires someone who is capable of pro-actively nurturing existing channel partners while simultaneously collaborating with Board’s sales and marketing teams. Candidates must have experience in partner prospecting and generating revenue within a software environment, specifically in ERP, EPM, CPM and/or BI SaaS industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and drive a channel partner strategy for the DACH region
  • Increase the impact of channel partners on Board’s growth
  • Prospect and recruit new partners to expand Board’s channel network
  • Oversee Board’s on-boarding process for new channel partners
  • Nurture existing channel partnerships in the DACH region
  • Achieve partner-influenced revenue and growth targets
  • Support partner-led solution development (together with the Partner Success Manager)
  • Produce monthly reports on KPI’s within the channel ecosystem
  • Implement channel marketing plans to drive brand awareness and to promote lead generation
  • Collaborate effectively with sales and other departments as needed
  • Serve as the liaison with internal counterparts within partner organizations to further drive channel and relationship footprint
  • Assist our partners to support customer success


REQUIREMENTS
:

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience within ERP, EPM, CPM or BI SaaS industry
  • Some experience in Software Channel Roles would be favorable
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of ERP, EPM, CPM, and BI solutions
  • Strong personal network within the SaaS Channel Industry would be favorable
  • The ability to prospect for net new partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
