Technical Support Specialist [Netherlands]


 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent technical support to our customers. You will be a key liaison between our customers and internal technical teams.

You will be working with both CFOs and financial controllers. They use our solution to solve large cost management issues. The issues they bring to you vary from complex financial questions to technical questions about the functionality of the solution. Working with numbers shouldn't put you off.

In summary, you are responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to our customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving technical issues for customers and providing customized solutions
  • Documenting customer questions and problems and passing them on to internal teams for further analysis and resolution
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers and building trust and loyalty
  • Providing training to customers about our products and services
  • In addition to providing technical external support to our customers, you will also be responsible internally for IT matters

So, who are we looking for?

  • Minimum of a bachelor degree in a relevant technical field
  • Experience in a technical support role is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Dutch.
  • You have an availability of 32 to 40 hours a week and willing to work at our HQ in Utrecht/Vianen
