Backend Developer C#
We’re the world’s leading sports technology company, at the intersection between sports, media, and betting. More than 1,700 sports federations, media outlets, betting operators, and consumer platforms across 120 countries rely on our know-how and technology to boost their business.
For our Amsterdam office, we’re looking for a backend developer with 3-4yrs of experience in C# and Microsoft Stack. Your main responsibilities would be to extend our API backend in support of our Angular/RxJs Frontend, implement sport analysis algorithms and to further strengthen our existing codebase. You prefer skillful and elegant solutions and take care to produce solid code with good test coverage. You will operate in a small team with a large degree of autonomy. We deploy to both Azure and AWS cloud stack.
Our existing football analysis solution, delivers a highly scalable cloud solution to thousands of users with live video streaming & event processing. While this azure based cloud needs to be maintained and improved, new initiatives focus mainly on AWS Cloud.
Candidate needs to be fluent in English (optional: Dutch) and be available close to GMT time zone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Azure/Aws/Git/C#/EF (No frontend if you don’t want to)
- Realize, manage and be in charge of work items
- Complete your code with proper test coverage, you decide how to get that
- Hybrid working
- Determine how and where you work from
- Offices around the world, we currently base out of Amsterdam
- Good, practical familiarity with SOLID and clean-code principles
- Fluent in English (optional: Dutch)
- Available around GMT time zone
