Our client is an international lifestyle retail company, we are looking for a high caliber to join their team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of administrative and operation support to Senior Retail Manager and to Retail shops
- Prepare daily, and monthly sales analysis report for management review
- Provide administrative supports to resolve store issues from day to day operations
- Assist in planning duty roster and maintain attendance records of retail team
- Manage the uniform budget and arrange uniform for store teams
- Manage the whole process of stock take
- Provide effective inventory control and allocation according to sales trend
- Update the visual merchandising guideline with retail team
- Assist in store opening, relocation, renovation and maintenance issues
- Support training sessions and share any new procedures and guidelines to stores staff
- Support POS displays decoration requests, including local event, product launch, set-up coordination
Requirements
- High diploma or above in business management or related subject
- At least 2 years retail operation and administration experience in retail industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
