Job Description:

  • Point of contact for customer enquiries and engaging with the wider team to check on order status and update same on the system.
  • Ensuring that the customer's work is produced on time and to the highest possible quality standards.
  • Carry out administration duties to support the company supply chain strategy and execution of customer requirements.
  • Interact with suppliers and manage day to day activities.
  • Escalate any supplier delay issues.
  • Process customer orders
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
  • Ensure AR & AP are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
  • Assist accountants and prepare all financial data and reports.
  • Process purchase invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare monthly supplier payment runs.
  • Prepare INTRASTAT, VIES returns.
  • Credit control
  • Manage cash flows.
  • Assist finance director in the preparation of quarterly management accounts and ad-hoc project work as required.

Requirements:

  • 2 years’ experience in a customer service/ Administrative role
  • 2 + years’ experience in a customer facing role
  • Good attitude
  • Ability to multitask

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €40,000.00 per year
