Job Description:
- Point of contact for customer enquiries and engaging with the wider team to check on order status and update same on the system.
- Ensuring that the customer's work is produced on time and to the highest possible quality standards.
- Carry out administration duties to support the company supply chain strategy and execution of customer requirements.
- Interact with suppliers and manage day to day activities.
- Escalate any supplier delay issues.
- Process customer orders
- Reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Ensure AR & AP are completed in a timely manner
- Manage invoices and document all processes and systems.
- Assist accountants and prepare all financial data and reports.
- Process purchase invoices in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly supplier payment runs.
- Prepare INTRASTAT, VIES returns.
- Credit control
- Manage cash flows.
- Assist finance director in the preparation of quarterly management accounts and ad-hoc project work as required.
Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a customer service/ Administrative role
- 2 + years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Good attitude
- Ability to multitask
