Enru Logistics and Postal Optimization is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Lead Generation Specialist (LGS) that thrives in a collaborative sales cycle environment. This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Sales. This role is responsible for qualifying and nurturing inbound leads, partnering with Marketing and Communications on lead generation campaigns, and outbound cold calling. Once a lead has been qualified, the Inside LGS will work with Product Management and Sales Management to turn the lead over to the appropriate Sales/Account team member. The LGS will monitor and report on the progress of the lead through deal closure. The role will delineate between qualified & non-qualified leads. For targeted pull campaigns and 3rd party generated leads, this role is responsible for proactive phone / email follow-up. The LGS will use the internet and social media and other means necessary for pre-qualification research.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, conducting pre-call research, qualifying prospects, recording activity in HubSpot, and establishing LSC as a qualified vendor.
This is an exciting new position within the organization, experience successfully implementing a Lead Generation Process is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

- Maintain and expand your database of prospects
- Present a winning “first impression” of Enru’s capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline
- 2+ Proven inside experience with a history of over-achieving quota in selling parcel consolidation services to exceptionally large e-commerce, catalog, direct marketing, pharmaceutical companies, and others.
- Efficient knowledge of robust line of mail consolidation services for medium to large printers, letter shops, fundraising firms, retail, advertising, and marketing firms.
- Outstanding communication skills: strong phone, video and email skills. Strong listener with the ability to present information to customers, internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with CRM. Experience with Hubspot is an asset.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Adept at working in a dynamic, collaborative, team-based work environment; change-driven.
