Job description
- Acting as a leader and working on the design of PCBAs with the team
- Motivating and leading team members to make good technical decisions
- Ensuring all the activities are executed in accordance with internal procedures and standards
- Identifiing, containing and reducing risk together with R&D Team Leader
- Expanding relationships with other R&D teams and external parties
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- Min. 2 years of experience in design and verification of PCBAs
- Previous experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
