ROLE PURPOSE

  • Provide D&A expertise and ensure standard quality of D&A outputs
  • Manage providing system functionality, dashboards and other reporting deliverables from business requirements and to carry out both functional and account management duties
  • This role has overall responsibility in providing relevant drilled down qualitative analysis and report for Regulation and Legal Teams
  • Develop and prepare Legal and regulatory reporting in accordance with the BTK’s requirements with Regulation and Legal Teams.


Your Place in the team

  • Ensuring BTK and Legal Reporting is in compliance with telecoms relevant regulations and standards
  • Engage with all teams in the company in order to understand their business processes, to improve the government processes
  • E2E Coordination of Regulation reporting processes.
  • Build, develop and maintain automated reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support BTK reporting and regulative departments
  • Ensures the preparation of relevant tools and processes for official periodic and ad hoc company reports and analysis for government institutions.
  • Work in harmony with agile practices
  • Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to team members/stakeholders.
  • Prepare relevant presentations, reports and analysis to provide to management.
  • Analyse data quality problems and work for solutions with related partners (operation and developer teams)Learning and manage business definitions of KPIs
  • Understand how the data is generated throughout the systems (when and how / during which processes and activities / data flows)
  • Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance

We are looking for you if you have

  • Graduate from a reputable university with strong record of achievement, preferably engineering, MIS, statistics,maths
  • 5+ years of professional work experience preferably in telecom/technology/banking industries,
  • Analytics experience/business intelligence knowledge is preferred must, telecommunication sector is plus
  • Good understanding of business modelling, analysis and reporting
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Tableau)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders to solve complex issues internally and externally
  • Excellent level of Logic, Analytical and Critical thinking capabilities
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills both in Turkish and English
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage business expectations
  • Working as a part of a team
  • Open minded
  • Flexibility and adaptability
