The Opportunity:

The Account Associate role is a full-time salaried position designed to kickstart your career within the Market Research industry. When you join our team, you are welcomed into a community committed to providing a safe environment to learn, grow and cultivate your market research skills.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Account Coordinator that can work with our customers to help nurture new and existing relationships. This new role will give you the opportunity to build critical knowledge and skills across various responsibilities that include sales, customer service, sample management and reporting.

The Account Associate will be a point of contact for existing clients and defines the PureSpectrum experience for our customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting then managing a defined territory with a revenue quota focused on growth and retention . The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage multiple clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Location: Singapore – Hybrid In-Office

Your Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client Services team and other Director of Clients managing customer projects
  • Become familiar in our tools, tech and best practices to support our customers
  • Develop a basic understanding of market research and consumer insights
  • Build effective, professional working relationships with our clients by providing them guidance and recommendations when appropriate
  • Find creative solutions to solve customer needs as they arise
  • Proactively support account relationships and provide best client experiences
  • Partner with Client Development to onboard new clients and platform users
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers, Client Development personnel, Operations and Marketing on various corporate initiatives

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience, a plus
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Solid judgement and autonomous decision-making abilities
  • Have a results-oriented mindset with great attention to detail
  • A passion for curiosity and a drive to always be learning
  • Experience with MSOffice and/or GSuite products
