TUI Group is recruiting a Product Lead to be part of a world-class product team to support the coordination and fulfilment of the customer and crew catering, as well as other inflight service solutions to achieve the complimentary product proposition for the customer service teams across TUI group airlines.
You’ll also help the business to achieving synergies and alignment across all TUI Group airlines to facilitate common food and equipment products, where appropriate.
We are open to considering a flexible hybrid working model with a combination of remote and office based working, but with this in mind, the successful applicant must live within a reasonable commutable distance from Zaventem, Belgium.
The role will also require regular travel of up to 20% of your time. This will include both European travel to collaborate with teams in our other Source Market locations and Long Haul to visit our downroute suppliers.
Candidates must be fluent in French and English.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a Product Lead you’ll
Implement detailed design solution for customer experience requirements ensuring that there are detailed product offerings on board the TUI airlines fleet
Ensure schedule changes are monitored and identified, so any product changes are implemented effectively
Assist delivering the IFS vision to optimise the current inflight service operations, including to review and continuously improve the Customer and Crew Catering propositions
Build strategic relationships with internal and external supplier bases
Maintain ongoing effective relationships with relevant teams
Ensure change contingency plans are in place and implemented as required
Embed that we “understand, control and pay for what we get” as part of the culture of the organisation.
Support the product team’s sustainability initiatives aligned with the Inflight Services sustainability roadmap, linked to the overall TUI Group Sustainability 2030 charter.
ABOUT YOU
Relevant experience, preferably including product development or airline customer proposition – wider hospitality experience will also be considered
Experience of safety risk management
Knowledge of current food safety legislation – such as HACCP Principles/relevant food safety qualifications
Confidence in delivering change
Experience of planning and coordinating complex actions plans
Experience in working in ambiguous and changing environments
Working with multiple stakeholders
Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs
Organised, determined, highly capable
Flexibility to travel throughout Europe and other international catering destinations on a regular basis
