The Position

We are looking for three ambitious, curious, and energetic equipment responsible to cover different parts of our tablet equipment – including our roller compactor, automated lifting equipment and bulk containers, and IPC equipment.


The main tasks will be to:

  • Manage one or more pieces of complex, automated production equipment

  • Write, update, and optimize all equipment-related documentation

  • Plan, drive, and implement changes and optimizations to constantly improve the productivity

  • Be the first point-of-contact during challenges on the equipment

  • Be responsible for conducting systematic problem solving


You will also participate and present relevant area of responsibility during audit and inspections from health authorities.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • An academical background within engineering, natural sciences or similar

  • Plan and execute with different stakeholders

  • You thrive in an environment where change of priorities and new challenges is a part of our daily work and development

  • To embrace dynamic challenges and thrive on shifting priorities

  • Strong communication skills in English.

About the Department

Oral Development & Finished Products (ODFP) is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 850 committed colleagues in ODFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future!


The department is responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of a new tablet as well as the production platform supporting several of our future products. We already have approx. 45 employees onboard and we are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where we welcome new competencies and personalities.


In ODFP we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing an specific based drug. With this ground-breaking tablet we can finally offer patients with type 2 diabetes an alternative to the injectable preparations.
