We are currently recruiting for a Children’s Shoe Retail Assistant and Fitter to join our team in Ennis, Co.Clare.
This role is to join a core position within our growing brand on a 4 day a week basis, this role fulfils shifts Mon to Sat 9 -5.30*.
About You
You are dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our customers, every time, delighting them with good old fashioned hospitality and a passion for retail. You’re a self-starter who is hard working with a true love for people (especially kids). You are a confident multi-tasker with an eye for detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
You will be driving and delivering high standards consistently, seen in your product knowledge, customer awareness, teamwork and passion for the role and our ethos. You will have:
- Previous retail experience (not necessarily in fitting shoes but this is desirable).
- A true passion for retail and experience to lean on
- A proactive approach to working and using your initiative.
What’s The Job
We are hiring a retail champion to join us in our independent shoe shop in Westgate Business Park, Ennis. Working in our shoe shop means tending to the shop floor, keeping shelves stocked and most importantly wow-ing our customers. Excellent customer service is at the forefront of what we do.
You will be responsible for checking in new deliveries, pricing, barcoding and till administration.
You will be considered a sales specialist with a true passion for selling our products, while keeping our customers’ needs a top priority.
You will be flexible to help in all aspects of the running of the store including online sales, phone sales.
