We are now looking for an ambitious and commercially interested part time Translation Support who wants to join our Support Office in Stockholm. You will be responsible for translating internal material going out to colleagues and securing that the content is clear and that our tone of voice is preserved.
As our translation support, you will work with a variation of material from the business, translating from English to Swedish. You will work with internal communication where most of the material will be connected to our people topics, but depending on the need, also support other functions within the organisation to ensure that our internal communication stays clear, relevant, and consistent.
As a Translation Support, your most important tasks are to:
- Translate and prepare materials for internal channels, such as weekly communication, training material, and policies.
- Create and translate presentations
- Ad hoc administrative tasks
This is a student/part-time role, working 2-3 days a week in our Support Office in central Stockholm. Please note that to be considered for the position you need to be a student or have another main occupation (we are not looking to contract freelancers for this role). Besides this we also see that you:
- Are fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Have a passion for communication and strong attention to details
- Are confident in producing and translating content with short deadlines
- Have a passion for retail and we will of course see it as a great bonus if you have experience working with fashion and customer service
Additional Information
This is a part-time role on a 6-month temporary contract with a start date end of August. You will be located in our Support Office in central Stockholm.
