Job Purposes

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and coach a team of 5 online operations member and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Assist key cross-functional parties (Logistics, Customer Service, Finance, Supply chain, IT, other Central Group Business Unit and External department) in the good execution of existing processes
  • Support & Drive the Omnichannel transformation of CRC Sports stores (Click & Collect, e-Ordering, buy online fulfilled by store, express delivery, online aftersales service at store) with implementation of new business processes.
  • Manage & Support Warehouse fulfillment team to ensure that all business processes are (fulfillment lead-time, backlog, inventory control, storage management, warehouse supplies management, return to vendor management, defective & loss management)
  • Manage & Support Store operations team for both Supersports store & Mono store for any relevant with
    e-Commerce & Omnichannel Operation
  • Support key Online departments (Customer Experience, Merchandise, Production, Marketing, Business Intelligence, Tech) with implementation of processes to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ready to deal with changes, urgent assignment, uncertainty situation, ad-hoc projects and support, and extra working hours when needed
  • Participate & facilitate to project & IT team for any related with new business implementation

Qualifications

  • At least 5-year experience in e-Commerce Operations, Omnichannel Operations, Retail operations
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent team player, collaborative, service mind, growth mindset and willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and ability to multitask
