Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and promote the business Station.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities for product and service enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, vendors, and media outlets.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired results.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in marketing activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of marketing experiences
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Good level of interpersonal and follow-up skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good command of English
  • Have own car and driving license
