Job Responsibilities :
We are looking for people with management skill, automotive knowledge, take responsibility to their job, willing to learn and team player.
- Responsible to manage to organizing and leading the service advisors in their achievement of targeted sales.
- To plan and manage the front office reception to achieve targeted Customer Satifsaction Index.
- Ensure strict compliance to company's policy and procedures pertainng to warranty jobs, casn and credit.
- Responsible for effective utilization of SAP system to monitor and control WIP, Back orders, Follow up, appointments and service reminders
- Ensure prompt submission of well documented service campaigns, technicial report and fix it right programmes.
- Ensure effective liasion on operational and administrative matters with both internal and external department.

Job Requirement :
- Minimum one (1) year of automotive experience and we encourage fresh graduate to apply.
- Computer literate and possess Customer leadership skill
- Requires Basic business management skill
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
