Talent Acquisition Officer [Australia]


 

  • Start in June for an initial 12 month contract
  • $400 - $500/day + super
  • Hybrid role between CBD and Home

The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Officer, you will support the current Office of 55 staff in their efforts to double their headcount in the next 12 months. You will be recruiting across Finance, Commercial/Property, Legal, People + Culture teams.

Duties will include:
  • End to end recruitment coordination
  • Streamlining and improving recruitment processes
  • Liaising with Hiring Manager's to effectively advertise and recruit positions
  • Documentation administration
  • Ad hoc duties as required

This is an initial 12 month contract that would suit someone either at a Recruitment Coordinator level looking to step up, or a Recruitment Officer level seeking a new challenge within a busy organisation.

This role is paying $400 - $500/day + super.

The Organisation

Our client is a small government agency looking to double their headcount over the next 12 months. This position will be based in the CBD office 2-3 days per week. The team is very social, with weekly lunches and drinks.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will exhibit:
  • Strong experience in end to end recruitment processes, ideally in direct sourcing incl using Linked In to headhunt
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly working with senior level staff and Director level
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and changing workloads
  • Integrity important
