Company Description: Lodgestar Investments, a leading US-based company in the hospitality industry, specializes in providing first-rate experiences for our guests through our wide range of hotel establishments. We're currently looking for a diligent and experienced Facilities and Operations Management Administrator, based in the Philippines, to join our remote team. This role will focus on maintenance aspects of facility management, procurement of necessary parts for maintenance, and operational supplies needed for our hotels.

Job Description: As a Facilities and Operations Management Administrator, you'll coordinate maintenance activities, organize routine inspections, source necessary parts and materials for upkeep and repair tasks, and procure operational supplies for the smooth functioning of our hotel operations. This role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of facility maintenance, parts procurement, and operational supplies management.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the maintenance and operations team to plan, schedule, and execute regular facility inspections and maintenance activities.

Source, negotiate, and procure necessary parts and materials for maintenance tasks and repairs.

Procure operational supplies as required, ensuring that all departments have the necessary resources to function effectively.

Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance parts, tools, and operational supplies, ensuring that items are readily available when needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the best quality parts and supplies at competitive prices.

Monitor maintenance, repair, and operational supplies costs, providing reports and suggestions for cost-saving measures.

Assist in the management of facility maintenance and operations budgets.

Handle administrative tasks related to facility and operations management, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and processing invoices.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance and operations activities.

Collaborate with management to develop and implement facility and operations

management policies and procedures.

Skills Required:

Administrative Skills: Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, processing paperwork, and maintaining detailed records.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear, effective interactions with maintenance staff, vendors, and management. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to maintain an organized system for inventory and procurement.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the parts, materials, and supplies used in hotel maintenance and operations, with a basic understanding of maintenance procedures.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to ensure the best quality parts and supplies at competitive prices.

Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze maintenance, procurement, and operational costs, identify trends, and suggest cost-saving measures.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to facility maintenance and operations.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and any relevant inventory or facility management software.

Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent speaking and writing capabilities.
