Personal Assistant / Office (No need experience) [Singapore]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
  • Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
  • Assist in business oriented matters
  • Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
  • In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
  • Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
  • Manage virtual platforms and social media account
  • Attend to personal matters for Director and family
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any discipline
  • No experience Needed (Training Provded)
  • Able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking
  • Maintains confidentiality and possess sense of urgency
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and responsible
