Within the Group Litigations Unit we are looking for a Legal Assistant.
The job holder will report directly to the Head of Group litigations and will be in charge of:
- Managing all the administrative activities related to the engagement of external counsels of the Group Legal Affairs Dept, including contacts with Italian and foreign providers
- Managing the required internal procurement processes for the payment of invoices
- Monitoring the budget assigned to the Group Legal Affairs dept
- Managing the purchase of goods and services for the Group Legal Affairs Dept (eg books, subscriptions, translations)
- Managing the physical and digital archive
- Managing IT configuration and logistics for new resources
- Managing legalization of documents including contacts with notary public
- Managing the organization of meetings
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Must have:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles in international law firms and/or large organizations
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
