The Junior UNV/ UNV HR assistant will work in close collaboration with the HR Business partner team, and under the supervision of the Chief HR, to support on Recruitment coordination, which will include recruitment assessment coordination, prepare the Recruitment Reports for the submission of the recruitment cases to the appointment authorities. In particular, he/she will:

The junior UNV HR assistant will work in close HR Business partner team, and under the supervision of the Chief HR, to support talent acquisition activities. In particular, he/she will:
1. Assist HRBP team to coordinate recruitment assessment (test/ interviews) availability with selection panel and candidates and assure calendar entries;

2. Prepare Recruitment pack for the selection panel;
3. Attend the interviews as Rapporteur and take notes
4. Ensure all comments from the Panel Members are captured in the notes
5. Draft the selection report as per UNICEF guidance and circulate among panel members for feedback
6. Compile the inputs from panel members and submit to the HR Focal Point for final review and approval
7. Assist on compiling relevant supporting documentation required for the recruitment case approvals.
8. Provide any additional required support to assure timely recruitment execution.
