Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and implement educational materials for various programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create effective, engaging, and relevant curriculum materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality curriculum materials that align with program objectives and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze data, and determine the most effective instructional strategies and delivery methods.
- Work closely with instructional designers to ensure that curriculum materials are interactive, engaging, and accessible to a diverse group of learners.
- Write clear, concise, and effective learning objectives, assessments, and instructional content.
- Ensure that curriculum materials meet industry standards and are up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field.
- Use a variety of tools and technologies to develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and simulations.
- Test and evaluate curriculum materials to ensure their effectiveness and make necessary revisions.
- Participate in program review and assessment processes to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as product marketing and sales, to promote and market educational programs and products.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of curriculum development processes and materials.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theory, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and effective instructional content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data and design effective curriculum materials.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to education and training.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
