Requirements:
Passionate about developing expertise in corporate finance
1-3 years experience in corporate finance or consulting
Enthusiastic about research, skilled in report writing, and creating engaging presentations
Familiar with HK Listing Rules and Takeover Codes
Possesses a positive attitude, innovative thinking, and a strong desire to learn
Proficiency in various tech tools is a plus
