Regular Duties/Responsibilities:
Follow patient debts after thorough review of AOD (Acknowledgment of debt) and discharge remarks on ADT (Admission, Discharge and Transfer software in SAHL).
Make calls, visits, send reminders/SMS to debtors and ensure maximum recovery.
Conduct joint visit with Supervisor or arrange meetings with families to counsel them for payments.
Print refund vouchers at main counter when required.
Review unpaid on daily basis and discuss difficult cases with Supervisor for settlement.
Any other job assigned by supervisor.
