Your Job
In the role of Senior Innovation Consultant, you will support the Senior Manager GBS Innovation Strategist in developing and executing the innovation agenda, financial projects consultation accelerating Feasibility/Viability/Desirability assessment for Ideas on each GBS site globally ensuring the iHub implementation and methodology is implanted within the GBS.
You will develop, implement and lead initiatives for the GBS next generation, emerging technologies and methodologies that focus on internal and external environments, ensuring process innovation, and leveraging the latest tools & technologies to drive value within the company.
In this role, you will ideate with the Executive Teams across GBS to discover new solutions and approaches to both internal as well as customer-facing problems utilizing innovation methodology and design thinking to minimize expenses and maximize GBS financial impact. Additionally, you will participate in the GBS initiatives’ portfolio, enabling innovative solutions to drive the Intelligence Business Service transformation, transforming operations and Service Lines towards scaled growth innovation.

About You
With 7+ years of progressive experience in a large, complex, matrix organization and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or an economic subject, you possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your field. Your exceptional verbal and written communication skills allow you to communicate effectively at all levels, while your advanced English level ensures that you can convey your ideas clearly and concisely.
Your design thinking skills enable you to approach problems from a creative and innovative perspective, while your strong collaboration and interpersonal skills allow you to work effectively with others to achieve common goals. You have a proven ability to push your own thinking, as well as the thinking of others, outside the comfort zone, which has resulted in successful projects and change initiatives.
You have "hands-on" experience leading and supporting multiple, global projects and change initiatives, which has honed your resourcefulness and independence. You thrive in a changing and dynamic work environment, and you eagerly accept stretch goals. You take personal responsibility for your decisions and delivering results, which has earned you a reputation as a reliable and dedicated professional.
This role is offered as a hybrid position, from the Krakow Office.
