What you'll do:


We are looking for candidates who are:


  • Work in a team with close cooperation with experts from all over the world with a focus on supporting customers.
  • Work together with other experts to guarantee the service level agreements with SAP customers and ensure the timely support service can be provided to SAP customers in terms of issue urgency and process compliance.
  • Proficiency in English communication is very important for your daily work. Japanese speaking will be an advantage because you will help the communication between Japanese customers and our experts.


What you bring:


We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.


  • Degree in computer science or engineering will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English (spoken, written and customer management), and Japanese speaking is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in support role or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Open and professional communication style
  • Self-motivative individual with a growth mindset
  • A team player and can learn and adapt quickly.
