Project Management Officer [Indonesia]


 

Responsible to the Project Manager for the duties and responsibilities.

Receive, respond, and analyzing of requests from external and internal.

Monitoring progress for each related project and distribute information to other relevant departments to ensure the progress of the project is running properly.

Checking and follow up on the progress of the project with other departments.

Respond and inform clients regarding project progress regularly.

Checking and ensuring the required documents are in accordance with the procedures and submitting them to the Project Administration.

Make reports regarding progress and obstacles in the related project periodically.

Ensure that the project is closed according to the related project for the completed project.

Create reports according to a predetermined format.

Creating and developing a Project Management system to become a better standard.

Carry out other tasks according to instructions and directions from superiors.
Bachelor degree; Majoring Information System / Information Engineering / Computer Science

Experience min 1 year or more as Project Management Officer

Expert in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint

Understanding about project flow

Have a public speaking skill

Good communication, have spirit, and passion.
