What You Will Do
- Project Coordination - Support the Project Manager in tracking activities and deliverables to completion.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget schedule or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Project administration - Your ability to write clearly and simply are key skills to documenting project activities. Documentation can range from creating and distributing meeting agenda items and meeting minutes, generating resource utilization reports, providing risks and issues reports to issuing status reports to stakeholders. Other reports you will generate include monthly portfolio, program or project performance reports to lessons learned. Accuracy is the key to all documentation generated.
- Project research - Conduct research on various topics and issues that support assigned project work. Research can include analyzing and reviewing past project documentation, collecting and consolidating Customer Satisfaction Survey results, and/or researching improvement activities that can have a positive effect on project work assigned.
- Support the Product Assurance Team in working with Product Managers and Marketing to create and update roadmaps for both internal and external use.
- Provide Management Information packs for key stakeholders
Who You Are
- `Business or Administrative degree or equivalent experience
- `Formal project management training (desired but not mandatory)
- `You have experience in project management and have assisted project managers on one or more projects.
- A great communicator – you communicate in a professional and personable manner.
- Best practices, you are always looking for ways to make this better, faster and more streamlined – for the team and our customers
- Able to prioritize effectively & apply a proactive approach to day-to-day activity; ideally you have experience with an IT solution or airline industry provider.
