The Role:
Best & less has an opportunity for 2 Part Time Team Members to join a passionate and supportive team in our New Glenmore Park store!
As an integral member of our Glenmore Park ‘Bestie’ team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
Your day will consist of:
- Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers
- Together with your team, create the ‘Bestie’ culture in store
- Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork
- Drive for results, exceeding sales & profit for the store
- Ensure the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished
- Create a VM presentation of the store from door to floor
- Ensure the store is tidy and well presented
About you:
- Passionate about the customer experience
- Have a positive attitude – we can teach the rest!
- A willingness to learn and develop
- Available to work flexible casual hours during the day throughout the week
