Vegan Sushi Bar in Amsterdam is looking for an eager and motivated all-round kitchen assistant (m/f)

About the function:
As a kitchen assistant, your tasks will be varied and every day will be different! You will help with the preparation of simple dishes, keep the working area tidy and clean and most of all you will be the face of our young business, projecting a friendly and open attitude to both clients and colleagues.

Who you are:
- You speak at least English fluently.
- Passionate and curious about food and a healthy lifestyle;
- Friendly and proactive: our customers like to be kept up to date with what’s new and you never miss a chance to impress!
- Commercially driven: you use your communication and people skills to increase revenue and you participate in your team’s success.
- You are a true nitpicker when it comes to hygiene and cleanliness!
- Flexible
What you will do:
- Welcome customers and share your knowledge!
- Prepare simple food (mise en place) in the kitchen (no experience needed!).
- Serve the most delicious – and prettiest – meals in town!
- Assure all areas of the restaurant meet HACCP hygiene standards.
- Process online orders through our partner platforms of delivery services.=
