Minimum Requirements:
- Mining qualification: Blasting Ticket/Shift Boss/Mine Overseer
- Clear criminal record.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience working in a managerial/leadership role within a mining or mining contracting business.
- Technical and Commercial experience in Secondary Support, Underground Equipping/Construction, Ventilation, Sweeping and Vamping, Haulage Maintenance, and other mining services.
- The ability to lead, support and motivate people.
- Excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Lead and manage Tender processes (estimation and technical proposals)
- The ability to independently plan, organize and work to tight deadlines.
- Greater understanding of the local market.
- Industry-specific sales experience within the mining contracting industry.
- Manage the Finance and Administration, Health and Safety and Buying functions
- Weekly and monthly reporting to senior management.
